Gertrude,was my best friend for MANY years! I'll never forget when we met at the Esso Station, where our husbands worked. We found out we could harmonize well together singing "Got a Tiger by the Tale". From that moment we became friends and went on to share so many happy memories. Going many places together, I met her mother. I knew then where her witty sense of humor came from. Was friends/family to her entire family and love them all deeply. I am so happy I had the opportunity to see Gertie shortly before she passed and was able to sing and laugh together. I will miss Gertie dearly but will meet her again in GLORY!

Duane's Granny was always very dignified to my recollection. I remember her sitting in her rocking chair smiling. She always had a kind word to share. My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this time of loss.
