Norman "Bert" Bertrand's Obituary
Norman “Bert” Bertrand, 73, of Astatula passed away on Wednesday, May 26, 2010. He moved to Astatula from Greentown, Indiana in 1996. He served as Astatula Town Councilman from 1997 to 2007. He is survived by his wife, Martha “Jean” Bertrand, 4 sons, 1 daughter, 21 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. The family received friends at Steverson Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Home, Tavares on Sunday, May 30, 2010 from 1:00PM until 4:00PM. A Funeral Service was held at Stout Funeral Home in Kokomo, Indiana with his final resting place at Nevada Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association at www.lungusa.org. Arrangements were entrusted to Steverson Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Home, 226 E. Burleigh Blvd., Tavares, FL 32778.
