Nina is my cousin. Her father, Edgar, is my father's brother, Harry Earnest Oakes. I am my father's only child, Patricia Ann. I never got to know Nina except for one phone call a year or so ago. I'm beginning to find my father's family as he died when I was 15 months old and we moved back to West Virginia shortly after. It was wonderful to hear Nina's voice! Our birthdays are both in September I just found out and I see we had a lot of the same interests. That makes me feel proud. I only wish I could have known her better. ♥️ May God grant you peace and comfort.
