I met Carolyn and Mait one time and they left a lasting impression on me. I feel as though I have known them for a long time because of the friendship and love that I had with Carolyns ' brother Bubba. Mait was Bubbas' " brother-in-law" as he would say, but he loved him like a brother. I have heard so many stories about both of them. He was a great role model and I know he will be missed by so many people..
I am going to miss Mait. The first time I met Mait and Carolyn when they lived In Apopka, Knox and I weren't married long, but they made me feel very welcome in the family. Knox and Maitland were not only cousins they were very best friends. When they lived in Astatula they would get together and sing Karioke all evening. Mait was the sweetest man (along with mine) lol he would give the shirt off his back. He was a precious husband and father we will miss you dearly

Maitland was such a dear sweet neighbor. I wish everyone could be like he & Caroline. They are such loving & caring people. i thank the Lord that He chose this house for me right acorss the street from them. I couldn't ask for nicer neighbors. Maitland will truly be missed. Even through all his suffering & pain, he always had a warm smile for you & never complained - at least not that I heard. He will be missed, but I have peace knowing He is in heaven with His Lord & is rejoicing with NO pain. PTL & love you Caroline. My door is ALWAYS open!!! Betty Marsicano
My favorite memory of Mr. Brasher was when I would come sing karaoke at their house. He would sit and smile, sing along, and secretly record me!! LOL!!! He was such a sweet man!!! Loved the Lord and his family!!!! My thoughts and prayers go out to his family for peace and comfort in this time!!!
Mr. Brasher was such a sweet soul!!! My deepest sympathy to the family!!! May you find peace and comfort in knowing that he is no longer in any pain!!! He is in paradise!!!!
