Iola had a beautiful smile and a wonderful sense of humor. I remember laughing with her many times at the antics of our two sons who were teenagers at the time. We were blessed to know her. I will always love her for being a second mother to my son and making him feel so welcome in their home. She and Roy introduced us to the Flint Creek campsite where we spent some of the most memorable times with their family. They were truly a loving, awesome family with a selfless matriarch who made caring for others her top priority. Everyone who was fortunate enough to know her will miss her and remember her with fondness.
Iola and Roy were next door neighbors to us in Ohio. We couldn;t ask for a kinder, friendly and christian lady to live near us. She will be missed.
