Grandpa I miss u more than ever and I love u so much why did u have to leave us so early I was so excited for u to come back in April because before the day u left I stayed the night and I had to go to school the day u left but I did not get to see you before you left I did not ever think that was the very last time that I will ever see u again :( I prayed for u every day I guess god wanted u with him I miss you all day every day I love u grandpa I am following in your footsteps <3<3love your granddaughter Jayda ann willy stephenson Aka Jaws
Neil, why did you have to leave me behind in FLorida, You promised your little dog Pugdy and me, you would be back, when you left the house to see your doctor., instead they put you in the hospital, for 16 days,. you were my baby, my care giver,we shared many happy hours before you got so sick, I was suppose to go first and you decided to leave me and go ahead to meet with your father. when I kissed your forehead,I prayed God would put you into remission, but he had other plans for both of us. You opened your eyes when I said this is Mom, and then you closed them, and that was the last time I saw your big brown eyes. I love you with all my heart. May your sole rest in peace.
Neil and I were classmates at NHS. To his entire family and many friends, I extend my deepest sympathies on his passing. I remember him fondly from our wonderful high school days together.

Moe and Family, I am very sorry about Neil's passing. He was a great friend to the members of the class of 66 and I was one of his classmates.. He always had a smile for us and his sense of humor was great. He went to most of the school functions and I will always remember the fun we had at the end of the school year parties at Wolf Lake. I don't think he was ever without a squirt gun while there. I will miss him at future reunions. Please keep us posted back in Michigan about his Memorial Service. Dee (Stine) Smith
