Dear Larry and family,
We were so sad by the news of our favorite Delcie passing away yesterday. She brought such joy to our family when we visited Florida. She will be greatly missed! We feel she has earned her cloud and have a strong belief that families are forever and we will be able to see her again someday! But for now we send our condolences to you at this time of mourning. Our whole family wants you to know you are in our thoughts and prayers. Things we will never forget about her: her love for Larry, big Bird, her beautiful smile, boat rides out on the lake, her ability to know all the best places to eat, her love for her kids and grand kids and keeping us up on the latest. She will be greatly missed. We wish we could be there on Saturday. Please know we will observe a moment of prayer in her honor! Please know we love you all!

Delcie and I went to school in Wauchula since 1946. We were bandmates in the Hardee County High School Band and enjoyed band concerts and marching in parades. Those were good years in Wauchula. After retirement to Tavares in 1992, we re-connected and enjoyed visits until recently. Our sincere condolences to you are. We will miss Delcie for sure. Clyde & Phyllis Stephens
