Deborah P. Luebbers, age 77, of Tavares passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 after a long illness. She was born in Malden, MA on May 19, 1936. She attended Malden High School, and graduated from the University of Maine at Oro Read Obituary
I was so glad Ted that I had the privilege of visting you and Deb this past February. Though it will be sad to see you come to Maine in 2014 without her she will always be thought of while we still play the evening games in the Rec Hall. Thinking of you, Greg Chappelle
Deb was such a special person, so positive and cheerful, smart, generous and kind, in spite of her numerous bumps and bruises as a kid. She and Ted had the most delightful relationship in the Plummer family.
Ted, our thoughts go out to you during this time. We were touched to be able to share times with you and Deb during her battle with CBD and observe what a special relationship you continued to have during your challenges. She was lucky to have such a wonderful advocate, cook, and caregiver. Your planning, organization, love, medical knowledge were amazing. Having been through similar times, we know how much this meant. We were disappointed that you both were not able to join us in Naples last year and hope that you will save time this year to visit.

Deb was a kind, sweet, and loving lady whom I got to know @ SHADY OAKS. She has her reward after a long and difficult battle. She was so glad to see us from Maine when we visited her and Ted last February. Blessings and peace to her family.
