Daniel J. Turay's Obituary
Daniel J. Turay, age 68, of Tavares passed away on Monday, September 14, 2015. He was born February 12, 1947 in Milwaukee, WI and moved to Florida in 1973. He was a Vice President with Delta Business Systems, which became IKON and later went on to become the owner/operator of Hytec Dealer Services in Orlando, FL. He was a member of HOG and was an enthusiast of motorcycles, cars, boating, and guns. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Carla J. Turay of Tavares, FL; son, Daniel S. Turay of Howey-In-The-Hills, FL; daughter, Laura J. Turay of Tavares, FL; one brother; grandchildren, Ashley J. Meadows, Austin J. Meadows, and Sarah A. Turay. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at 11:00AM at Gator Harley-Davidson, Leesburg. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cornerstone Hospice, 2445 Lane Park Rd., Tavares, FL 32778. Arrangements have been entrusted to Steverson, Hamlin & Hilbish Funerals and Cremations, 226 E. Burleigh Blvd., Tavares, FL 32778, (352)343-4444. Online condolences may be left on the Tribute Wall.
