William Louis Pinske's Obituary
William (Bill) L. Pinske, 68 passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 5, 2019 at his home in Astatula, FL. Bill was born June 5, 1951, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Alfred and Shirley Pinske. Bill was a proud Vietnam Veteran of the United States Air Force, where he served as an aircraft electrical repair technician. He first served in Thailand at Korat Royal Air Force Base. His second deployment was at Danang Air Force base. Following his military service, he began a career as an Electronics Technician and worked in that field for multiple companies throughout Wisconsin until he retired in April 2014. All of his life, Bill loved music, and he shared his many talents with those around him. He could play a variety of instruments including saxophone, clarinet, flute, guitar, and piano. He was self-taught and enjoyed composing his own original tunes.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Al and Shirley Pinske, and his brother, Robert Pinske.
He is survived by his children: Katherine (Grover) Wooten of Ontario, WI; Melissa Pinske (Chris Topper) of Leon, KS; Jonathan Pinske of Baraboo, WI; and Candace (Kyle) Ambrosini of Appleton, WI. His Grandchildren: Mary (Sean) Williams, Hannah, Daniel, Rachel, Thomas, Benjamin, Ruth, and Esther Wooten; Austin, Brittany, and Elizabeth Topper; Tim (Allison) Spillane; Owen, Wyatt, and Annabell Frotten, Peyton Ambrosini, and one Great Granddaughter, Navaeh Peery. His beloved dog “Blondie” brought Bill many days of love and enjoyment in his retirement years.
A Celebration of life will be held at 6 pm on Sunday, August 11, 2019 at the Tavares Church of the Nazarene, 1685 David Walker Drive, Tavares, FL 32778.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Tavares Church of the Nazarene in honor of Bill’s family.
There will be a Celebration of Life service held in the Milwaukee, WI area at a later date so that family and friends from that region can join in recognizing Bill’s influence in their lives.
