William I. Frey, II, age 60, of Leesburg passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2017. He was born January 15, 1957 in Washington, D.C. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Frey of Leesburg, FL; 2 sisters; and a step-son. Inurnment will take place at Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis.
