Warren was a very kind and loving gentleman who always had a smile on his face, he would give you the clothes off his back if he could. He loved his family, animals, history, football, collecting stamps/sports cards/coins, and technology. He went to Lake-Sumter State College where he had received a degree in IT while caring for his late wife, Janice Saxton. His love for football was shared with his son Brad. Warren loved to play Fantasy Football with his son whenever he could, while watching the big games on TV. His favorite team was the Seattle Seahawks. Warren was a meticulous collector and he enjoyed the time he spent gathering all his favorite things, everything was labeled, dated, and in protective covers. If you could see his collections, you could picture him sitting with his magnifying glass and books looking over all the intricate details and reading the history behind each item, with a big smile on his face.
He will be greatly missed by his family.
A celebration of life gathering will be held at Hurricanes Dockside Grill in Tavares at 5PM on March 22, 2018. To attend please contact Cassandra Hawkins.
God looked around his garden And found an empty place. He then looked down upon the earth, And saw your tired face. He put His arms around you And lifted you to rest. God’s garden must be beautiful, He always takes the best. He knew that you were suffering, He knew that you were in pain. He knew that you would never Get well on earth again. He saw the road was getting rough And the hills were hard to climb. So He closed your weary eyelids And whispered “Peace be thine.”
