Grandma,
I know I hadn’t seen you in a while... but just know that my memory of you is just as vivid now as it was 5 years ago.
I remember you as a bright, happy, beautiful dancing woman who was brave and did what she wanted. You were an amazing mother, grandmother and great grandmother... and I can only hope to be as witty and as sharp as you were. You were extremely loved and thought of. Although the time that we’re given on this planet and in this life is short, you felt like you lived yours to the fullest which is not a goal many achieve. I know we’ll meet again some sunny day, and when it comes I hope that I could have been as lovely as you were.
