Triston was a charming, caring, thoughtful human being. I’ve known him since middle school when he rode his scooter around and i had the funnest memories with him that i will never forget. From a young age I didn’t know exactly how he would impact my life; now I know. Forever 21, and I am 21 with him. When we met at 5 years old I instantly knew that we had some special connection. Something different, as I was always the shy kid in school and to see him gave me some strength to know I had a brother. Someone to go to, to call upon, to lean on, and to laugh with. I am sure we all feel the same way in regards to how he impacted our lives. He was a brother that will forever be remembered as I am eternally grateful to have spent time with him growing up doing good old kid stuff with; and to see him go is like a silver bullet hitting my chest. Brother, you may have not been by blood; but forever you will always be family to me similar to your mother. Always family. He was strong, caring, confident and knew exactly what he wanted to do, and he always said that he was the bronze and I was the brains. Well brother I am here to tell you; you also got brains too. “Here comes Triston”, he was loud, heard and seen. Such a presence, he knew who he was. He visited my home very frequent as one of his very best boys dated my daughter. Always very respectful. You knew he was coming his car stereo jamming, the base shaking the windows a block away. We would all laugh because he’d pull up full smile knowing we all heard him coming. Relationships end and friendships change but that doesn’t change the memories we all share.
Please know we are all so very saddened by this loss.
