Tommy Ray Simmons' Obituary
Tommy Ray Simmons, born in Eustis, Florida September 24, 1961 and was living in Tavares, Florida when he went to join our Heavenly Father on March 10, 2025.
Tommy enjoyed fishing, driving a semi travelling across the states, and spending time with his family and friends. He also loved to serve our Lord by giving to others. He made sure all the kids in the family and friends didn't go without a gift on Christmas and made sure they all had new school clothes, these are just some of the many ways he loved to give and help others. Tommy also loved to talk, he was never short for words and he would talk to you for hours on end, and this is something we are all going to miss dearly.
We can all say Tommy was a true friend, if you called he would be there every time without a shadow of a doubt. He was the best friend anyone could have. He would be there with you through the storm and there with you to enjoy the sunshine.
He was a loving father and papa. His son and grandson were his whole world, there wasn't a person Tommy knew that didn't know about them. He was so proud of his son and grandson.
His surviving family include his son Joshua Simmons and his daughter in law Montana Simmons, and his grandson James Simmons.
