Sylvia H. Regan's Obituary
Sylvia Marie Regan, of Tavares, passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2009 at the age of 73 years. Beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and dearest friend, she was born June 22, 1935 in Langdon, North Dakota to Sylvester Brown and Della Heard Brown. Sylvia graduated from Nekoma High School, Class of 1953, Nekoma, North Dakota. Sylvia and David Regan were married in Devils Lake, N.D. on July 3, 1958. They lived in Devils Lake, North Dakota until 1984 and have four children, Robert, Carol, Corey and Craig as well as two beautiful grandchildren, Alia Marie Regan and Dustin Regan-Padilla. Sylvia's heartfelt passions of life were unconditional love and support for her husband of 51 years, her children and extended family. Her other passions included singing, travel, outdoors, camping, gourmet cooking, family scrapbooks, dining, dancing and a good hearty laugh was always enjoyed as often as possible. Sylvia was blessed with a Florida lifestyle for 25 years. To be around her was a blessing to everyone that knew her. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 20th at 11:00 am at Family Bible Church, 801 East Orange Avenue, Eustis, Florida 32726 with Pastor Allen Speegle officiating. Sylvia will be cremated at her request and interned at the Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida. She will be dearly missed by all. We love you mom. Rest in Peace and God Bless forever more.
