Steven George Schwarz's Obituary
"On Monday, July 17th 2023, Steven George Schwarz of Eustis, FL, A loving husband, father, son, brother, and friend passed away. He was 58 years old. Born to Elaine and Raymond Schwarz in The Bronx, New York. As a teenager, he relocated with his family to Tavares, Florida. He attended Tavares High school.
As a young adult, He became a paint & body technician. After mastering his craft, he and his wife, Teresa opened Monsters Auto Body in 2008 and was a successful business owner for thirteen years.
For the vast majority of his life, Steve was passionate about body building, and helping others achieve their fitness goals. This passion led him to own 2 gyms and become a licensed professional trainer.
He was an avid music lover; some of his favorite bands, include The Beatles, Van Halen, Led Zeppelin, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and ZZ Top.
Another lifelong passion of Steve's was fishing. Whether it be fresh water or salt water, he was always happy to have a fish on the line. Steve's biggest catch was a 14 foot sawfish caught off the coast of the Florida Keys. It is now on display at JB Boondocks in Howey In the Hills. You could find him floating down the Ichetucknee River, camping at the Springs, or having a backyard barbecue with family and friends. Steve was known for his sense of humor, hard work, determination, and his charismatic personality and risk-taking.
Steve is survived by his wife of 16 years, Teresa; Daughter's Heather and Jessica; son Tyler; stepson's Zack, and Brad; Mom Elaine; sisters Debbie, and Susan; brothers Dwayne, and Raymond; and Man's best friend, Zeus"
The family requests that the guests wear tropical shirts, or bright green or yellow to celebrate Steve. He loved those colors or Jimmy buffet style shirts!
