We met Shirley 5 years ago when we moved next door to her in Lake Frances. Discovering we were fellow Vermonters, we were friendly right away. She loved it when we brought Mac apples from Springfield VT when we came back from visiting family. She aways made up a great apple pie. And her pineapple upside down cake in payment for mowing her lawn was the best. She willl be greatly missed. Don and Nancy Fontaine
