Ruth V. Petty's Obituary
Ruth V. Petty of Summerfield, Florida passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2015 at the age of 94 years. Ruth lived in Tavares for 30 years before moving to Summerfield in 2007. She was born in Saginaw County, Michigan. Ruth was a homemaker and a member of the Eustis Assembly of God. She enjoyed all the activities with her neighbors at the clubhouse at Little Lake Harris Shores. She was preceded in death by her husband, Noris on March 7, 1997 after 50 years of marriage. Ruth is remembered and will be dearly missed by her daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Billy Harvey of Weirsdale, FL; grandchildren, Stephen R. Harvey of Summerfield and Patricia (John) Gibbons of Northport, FL and great grandchildren, Kaley, Jacob, Lelea and Nathan.
Family and friends are invited to gather for viewing on Wednesday, October 21 from 10:30 am – 11:30 am with a funeral ceremony starting at 11:30 am in the funeral home chapel. Condolences, memories and photos may be shared on the tribute wall.
