Russell E. Moore's Obituary
Russell Eugene Moore, 90 of Astatula, FL passed away peacefully at home on Monday, May 23, 2011. He was born September 12, 1920 in Jersey Township, Licking County, Ohio. A beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, will be missed by his wife, Doris Moore; daughter and son-in-law, Patti and John Pylant; step-son and wife, Rhudy and Judy Galbraith; son and wife, David and Rocio Moore; step son-in-law and wife, Raymond and Marlene Martin; step son-in-law, John Garvin; grandchildren, Amy and Chad Nickell, Amber and Justin Van Gundy, Aimee and Mark Setterlin, Natalie and Dustin Hartman, Jennifer and Vaughn Flowers, Susan Reinke, John Garvin, Joann and Curt Reed, Emily and Brian Bourst, Bryan and Kim Galbraith, J.T. and Jane Quinif; as well as 16 great grandchildren; brother and wife, Richard and Jean Moore. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Lillian Moore; son, Larry Moore; and step daughters, Bessie Martin and Lura Garvin. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Cornerstone Hospice, 2445 Lane Park Rd, Tavares, FL 32778. A private Graveside service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Steverson, Hamlin & Hilbish Funerals and Cremations, Tavares, FL. Condolences may be left for the family by signing the guestbook below.
