Ruben Leal's Obituary
Ruben Leal, 32, of Tavares, FL went to be with The Lord on Friday January 20, 2016. Ruben was born on July 02, 1984 in Trancas, Hidalgo, Mexico to his parents J. Jesus and Aurora Leal. Ruben moved from Mexico to Astatula, FL in March of 1992 when he was eight years old. He was a proud and active member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, of Mt. Dora, FL. Ruben was a Maintenance Director at Whistling Pines Foliage, Umatilla, FL and had been working there since he was fourteen years old. He enjoyed playing the guitar and had a love for music. Ruben had a passion for cars and loved going to Orlando Speed World Dragway in Bithlo, FL to race his car. Ruben was a loving husband, father, son, brother, and friend who will be deeply missed by many. He is survived by his wife of 8 years and love of his life: Patricia Leal; Two sons: Jesus Miguel Leal, and Ruben Manuel Leal; Daughter: Rebecca Madison Leal; Parents: J. Jesus and Aurora Leal; Brother: Jesus Daniel Leal; and Sister: Ariana Jazmin Leal. A Visitation will be held on Thursday January 26, 2017 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Steverson Hamlin and Hilbish Funerals and Cremations, located at: 226 East Burleigh Blvd. Tavares, FL 32778. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow on Friday January 27, 2017 at 11:00AM at St. Patrick Catholic Church, located at: 6803 Old HWY 441, Mt. Dora, FL 32757. Burial will follow at Astatula Cemetery. Services have been entrusted to Steverson Hamlin and Hilbish Funerals and Cremations. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family online on the tribute wall.
