Roy George Dehn's Obituary
Roy George Dehn, 86, of Mount Dora, FL passed away peacefully at home on June 27, 2021 with family by his side. Roy was born on February 18, 1935 in Buffalo, New York, the son of William
and Mayme Dehn. He moved to Florida in the early 1960s.
Roy will be dearly missed by his partner Bonnie Lu Vanzant, sons Richard Dehn (Nancy), Roger Dehn, Daniel Dehn (Ilse); daughter BJ Wilfong (Alan), Bonnie's two children Lance Vanzant and Amy Vanzant-Hodge (Bob), five grandchildren, and niece Debbie Wotton (David).
Roy was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, and his beloved dog Sweetie.
Hobbies included visiting antique car shows and collecting all sorts of different things.
Favorite travel places included Thousand Islands, New York, Yellowstone National Park, and the Blue Ridge and Great Smoky Mountains.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Steverson, Hamlin & Hilbish.
A private graveside service for family will be held in the future. Flowers gratefully declined. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cornerstone Hospice Foundation.
