One of my earliest memories is going to "Rosies's house" with my mother, when The Browns and Theils were neighbors on Dearborn Street. Rosie had a natural sense of assessing the needs and desires of toddlers plus she was an avid dog lover which established an instant bond between us. My family moved from Dearborn Street when I was 5-years-old but Rosie (and Brownie) continued to be a presence in my family's life throughout the years. Rosemary offered much support to my mother throughout Southport High School's ups and downs as both their husbands were employed there.
I followed Rosie from early Boxers to her later Chihauhaus. I wasn't even surprised when she and Brownie ended up spending some of their retired life in Swiiss Village in Haines City by Winter Haven Florida, where I live. She was present soon after I gave birth to three children. Although I didn't see them often, I knew she and Brownie were around at least part of the year. Rosie was very supportive when I lost my mother, Pat Theil in 1995.will truly miss her. And speaking for the entire Theil Family, and my Johns Family, She is the worlds's loss but heaven's gain.
