Ronald Eugene Grodkiewicz's Obituary
Ronald Eugene Grodkiewicz, 74 of Tavares, FL. Went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 02, 2018. Ronald was born on December 05, 1943 in Jersey City, New Jersey to the late Walter and Victoria Grodkiewicz. Ronald retired from his career as an electrician at Saint Peters, University Hospital, New Brunswick, New Jersey. He was excellent at his trade and was a devoted employee for 35 years. On April 16, 1966 in Avenel, New Jersey Ronald married the love of his life Paula Rose Bork.
He and his wife Paula moved to Florida from New Jersey in 2015.
Ronald enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, and spending time with his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years: Paula Rose Grodkiewicz, of Tavares, FL; Son: Kevin Grodkiewicz, of Tavares, FL; Daughters: Donna Grodkiewicz, of Tavares, FL and Denise Bean, of Krystal River, FL; Brother: Robert (Linda) Grodkiewicz, of Tuckerton, NJ;Granddaughter: Nicole Traina; and Niece: Tracy Matta. Ronald will be remembered for his dry sense of humor, his quick wit, and most of all for his willingness to always help others. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend who will be deeply missed by many. A celebration of life funeral service will be held on Tuesday November 06, 2018 from 1:00PM – 5:00PM with a special dove release tribute at 5:00PM. Services will take place at Steverson Hamlin and Hilbish Funerals and Cremations, Located at: 226 East Burleigh Blvd Tavares, FL 32778.
