Roger D. Wilson, age 59, of Astatula passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2020. He was born August 8, 1960 in St. Louis, MO to Clarence and Norma Wilson and moved to Lake County in 1981 from Missouri. He was a retired roofer. In his spare time, he loved to go fishing and hunting and was a huge University of Florida Gator fan. He is survived by his wife, Cindy Lee Ann Wilson of Astatula, FL; sons, Roger C. Wilson of Mt. Dora, FL, Bradlee D. Wilson of Eustis, FL; daughter, Brittany Swain and her husband, Matthew Swain of NC; brothers, Robert Wilson of Hillsboro, MO, Clarence “Lumpy” Wilson and his wife, Sherry Wilson of Farmington, MO; brother-in-law, Jeffrey Johnson of Astatula, FL; sisters, Debbie Sanders of Festus, MO, Nancy Freeman of Chaffee, MO, Joyce Morgan of Festus, MO; and numerous nieces and nephews.
