Robert Truman Tuttle's Obituary
Robert Truman Tuttle, affectionately known as Bob,71, of Tavares, Florida, died peacefully May 28,2022 surrounded by family.
Bob was born on March 30, 1951 in Southington, Ct., The son of Mildred and Earle Tuttle.
Bob graduated from Southington High School with the class of 1969. He later attended college at the University of Central Connecticut where he received his bachelor of science degree in 1987.
Throughout his career he worked for several companies as a sales consultant in commercial sales. Bob also owned a restaurant. Breadsticks in Bridgeport, Ct. He loved to share his knowledge of cooking and computers from his career experiences. He was an ambassador for the Osceola County Chambers of Commerce for 10 years.
Bob was very proud of his heritage and loved to share stories of his ancestors..
He loved playing a good game of chess, playing strategy games on the computer, listening to music as well as playing his guitar. Bob also loved golfing, fishing, camping and canoeing especially when enjoying with family.
Bob had a Hawaiian shirt for every occasion. And a smile to go with it.
Bob is predeceased by his wife Rozalia M. Tuttle, His mother Mildred Tuttle and father Earle Tuttle.
Bob is survived by his son Robert T. Tuttle II. (Wife Michelle) of Prospect, CT., daughter Amanda Dillon (husband Jonathan) of Watertown, Ct., step daughter Maria R. Johnson (husband Denver) of Tavares, Fl. His granddaughter Felicia Tuttle. Step grandson Denver (Dj) Johnson IV and step granddaughter Gabriel Johnson. Former spouse Charlene Tuttle Roman. And many nieces and nephews.
There will be a celebration of his life on July 16,2022 in Southington, CT. at the home he grew up in. The Family requests in lieu of flowers to make a donation in Bob's honor to:
