Robert Lutz's Obituary
Robert Allan Lutz "Bob", age 80 of Leesburg, passed away on November 3, 2009. He was born on June 9, 1929 in Lopatcong Twp., NJ to the parents of Robert and Elizabeth Lutz and he moved to Florida from Port Murray, NJ. Bob was a can-do guy, who could build or fix anything and wouldn't hesitate to help the other guy. He sang in the choir at St. Mary's of the Lake and at Scottish Highlands, where he was also a security volunteer. His avid interests included NASCAR racing, motorcycles and RVs. He enjoyed his friends immensely, and the feelings were mutual. He had a soft touch and a great sense of humor, and will be missed by all who were lucky enough to have known him. He was preceded in death by his first wife of 47 years, Irene Bulwin Lutz. He is survived by his daughters, Joan Andreola and Kathleen Graham; grandchildren, Brandon, Christopher and Robert; his second wife of 10 years, Barbara Gibbs Lutz and children, Jo Ann Engels and Richard Gibbs and grandchildren, Amanda and Adam; siblings, Roger Lutz and Marie Fatigati, four nieces and nephews and six great grandchildren and one on the way. Friends may call on family from 10-12 p.m. on Saturday, November 7, 2009 at Steverson Hamlin and Hilbish Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 1:00 p.m. at St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church. Please sign the guestbook.
