Robert D. Harris' Obituary
Mr. Robert D. Harris passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at the age of 87 years. He was born in Worthington, Indiana to David Daniel Lee and Blanche Harris. Robert served his country honorably in the US Army in World War II. He moved to central Florida in 1979, living mainly in Leesburg. He was a retired car salesman. He loved gardening, fishing and hunting. Robert will be dearly missed by his wife of 6 years, Mary; son-in-law, Tom (Diane) Livingston of Eustis, FL; grandchildren, James Robert Livingston of Leesburg, Thomas Dwayne (Stacy) Livingston of Eustis, and Kevin Alan (Cynthia) Livingston of Leesburg; 7 grandchildren and 1 great great grandson. He was preceded in death by his first wife of 60 years, Verona and his daughter Marlyene Livingston. Gathering with viewing will be held on Saturday, January 26 from 9:00 – 10:00 am with a funeral ceremony starting at 10:00 am, all in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Eustis. Arrangements are entrusted to Steverson, Hamlin & Hilbish Funerals and Cremations, Tavares, FL. Condolences and memories may be shared on the tribute wall.
