Dad always smelled amazing. Every time I hugged him his cologne lingered with me. When I called, he always answered "Hello beautiful". I loved to hear him sing and play his guitar.
Here are a few memories: I’m glad Robbie was a thrill seeker because one day when my mom Lorrie Cody, Robbie, myself, and my daughter Ripley went to Disney’s Animal Kingdom my mom and Ripley passed on a few rides so Robbie and I rode them together like Everest , the fastest ride there! Another day Robbie treated me to lunch at a cool Barbecue joint on Mills ave in Orlando and he let me try on his hearing aids. It was like having 10 set of ears being able to hear every sound and person in the restaurant. That was neat. It was a great day, the food was good and we talked and he told me stories from different times in his life.
The Cody Family is dear to my heart. I remember Robbie from many years ago during our years at Villa Baptist Church. Charlie & Barbara and all the family are in my thoughts and prayers. May God give comfort, strength, encouragement, love and His peace that passeth all understanding to each member of the family. God Bless all.
One of my favorite memories of my Husband is of our 1st date in Mount Dora at Fiesta Grande Mexican Restaurant and a walk around the lake and then he took me to meet his Pastor, which I thought was odd but Pastor Kevin ended up Marrying us and became Our Pastor since 10/20/18 🙏
