Ralph E. Enix's Obituary
Ralph E. Enix, 84, of Tavares passed away July 3rd, 2020. He was born on November 5, 1935 in Cawood, Kentucky and after many years in Lake City, Tennessee, moved to Toledo, Ohio in 1953. There he married Angelene Enix Rogers on June 25, 1955. Ralph retired from Libby Owen Ford Glass Company in 1985 after 30 years of service. At that time he and his wife moved to Tavares, Florida for retirement where he enjoyed helping Angie grow her real estate career. Ralph also enjoyed fishing, boating, bingo and was an avid reader. He will be greatly missed by his 2 sons; Timothy (Mindi) and David (Dawn), Friend Anita Ponik, five grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
A gathering of family and friends are scheduled for Thursday, July 9th from 11:00 to 12:00 PM at the Steverson, Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Home, 226 E. Burleigh Blvd., Tavares, Florida 32778. A celebration of life service will commence immediately following the gathering beginning at 12:00 PM, with Pastor Sandy Gamble officiating. A committal service will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Eustis, Florida.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Relevant Radio or to Disabled Veterans.
