Pauline H. Barbano's Obituary
Pauline Harbison Proctor Barbano, age 90, of Mt. Dora passed away on Tuesday, June 12, 2018. She was born January 2, 1928 in Cullman County, AL to Samuel Fernando Harbison and Maudie A. Laurence Harbison and moved to Lake County in 1947. She worked for 27 years for Sprint Telephone Company as a service representative. She was a member of Midway Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Ralph Barbano of Mt. Dora, FL; son, A. Wayne (Valerie) Proctor of Andersonville, SC; brother, Wilbert Harbison of Lakeland, FL; sister, Rheda Griner of Leesburg, FL; 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Frances Ann “Frankie” Woods. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 15, 2018 from 5:00PM until 6:30PM at Steverson Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Home, Tavares. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at 11:00AM at Steverson Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Home, Tavares. Condolences, memories and photos may be shared on the Tribute Wall.
