Paul Edward Sims, age 56, of Howey-In-The-Hills passed away on Sunday, December 16, 2012. He was born August 18, 1956 in Columbus, GA and moved to Lake County in 1995 from Miami, FL. He was a retired cemetery superintendent, a veteran of the U.S. Army, and loved fishing. He is survived by his wife, Penny; mother, Paula Knowlton; sister, Kay; sons, Paul, Jr. and Chase; daughters, Jeanette and Dawn; grandchildren, Ricky, Jonathan, Kimberly and Gabriela.
