Nancy’s husband David was a close childhood friend of my husband David. We would get together, and therefore I was lucky to get to know Nancy. Such a special person….warm, kind, and fun. Her faith was her light, and I know she is now home. Blessings, Nancy and David.
When Nancy was diagnosed last year, her prayer request was not for physical healing, instead, she said, "Rejoice in the Lord always, and in all things give thanks. What a privilege to be called into a loving, trusting, saving relationship with our great God and Savior Jesus. I've recently been diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer to the liver and possibly the spine. I don't ask for physical healing, I only ask for full and complete spiritual health and that God will glorify Himself in me and this situation. May I be used by Him in any way He chooses to be a light to others to the very end. Trusting in Jesus!"
What strong faith and deep conviction, eager waiting for Jesus' second coming. During the year of 2025, through my interaction with Nancy and reading her test message in group chat, I can see that her walk with Jesus got closer and closer and her relationship with Jesus had grown deeper and deeper. Her spirit was elevated and her words of encouragement to others glorified God. She has certainly been a light to help me on my journey to walk with God. I am looking forward to seeing her again when Jesus returns. Amen.

By her suffering, many were healed; by her kindness, many were helped; by her example, many saw Jesus. The sisters, Nancy and Leigh, lifted all around them. They overcame the evil of this world by the strength of their Savior, believing the promises of God. By their faith they uplifted Jesus.

To Nancy’s family. I am so sorry for Nancy’s passing as we will miss her, but we will see her again. She was such a great caretaker of David. I made him a boysenberry pie one time delivered it, but It was runny with juice! Nancy taught me what to do the next time: “cook it longer”!! She was so gracious & kind: the earth lost an angel, and heaven gained one!!!

I did not know Nancy directly, but we both worked for SALT and I had seen her once or twice working. I had the privilege and honor to accompany the team a few weeks ago to deliver her Pioneer award while she was at the hospital. She had such a lovely spirit and it was obvious Yeshua was living inside her heart. I will never forget that beautiful smile and such a humble attitude of gratitude. She was a servant of Yahweh and it was evident that He was first in her life. I will pray for her family and look forward to seeing her again in the Kingdom 🙏🏾♥️

Nancy has been my close friend, prayer and ministry partner for the last 6 years. She was the most kind, giving and generous person I have ever met. The selfless love of Christ was so evident in her life. Our ministry has such a huge void with her gone. I know Jesus is coming soon, and I will see her again and we will once again take long walks together and talk about our best friend Jesus!
There is quite a number of memories, but one of the the best memories is meeting Nancy at the Leesburg SDA Church in 1996 as a new member and at that time I knew right then and there we would be great friends.
Loved Nancy's love of Jesus and Friendship. Nancy will be missed and we will see her again in the heavenly home with Jesus Christ.
