Nancy Hamel's Obituary
Nancy was born January 12 1953 in Pacific Missouri to Martha and Oscar Henderson. Nancy passed away peacefully on January 7th at home with her loving family. She received a BA degree in Substance abuse from Rollins college in 1983. She had a deep passion to help people from the miseries of drug and alcohol abuse and Domestic Violence issues. She was also among the first counselors for smokers intervention and worked primarily with children. In addition She had a cleaning business Nancy's Cleaning Service with her husband Michael. She married Michael on October 7th 1995. She is survived by her son Jayson McClenning Grandson John McClenning and Granddaughter Layla Samra Navarro and by numerous great Grandchildren.
Nancy had a great desire for helping people and to spread the word about her great Saviour Jesus. Some people called her a force of nature. She had an infectious smile and a take charge attitude. She always had kindness and compassion for people. She will be deeply missed.
A memorial service will be held at New Hope Presbyterian Church on Saturday the 23 at 11 am. Donations and Flowers should be sent to New Hope PCA, 19535 Eustis Airport Rd, Eustis Fl 32736
