Mildred Eleanor Brown, age 93, of Tavares, FL passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2017. She was born March 30, 1924 in Grafton, WI and moved to Florida in 1969 from Iceland. She was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served in WWII. She was also a member of the V.F.W. and the WAVES. She is survived by her sons, Danny B. Brown, Jr. of Palatka, FL, William Corey Brown of Cumming, GA; daughter, Julie A. Kitchen of Apopka, FL; sister, Martha Schanen of Grafton, WI; 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Inurnment will take place at Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis, FL. Arrangements have been entrusted to Steverson, Hamlin & Hilbish Funerals and Cremations, 226 E.
