Mary Lee Hunter's Obituary
Mary Lee Hunter, 91, of Tavares, passed away on Tuesday, February 24th, 2009. Mary was born in Kentucky and became a permanent resident of Tavares in 2001 after snowbirding from Ypsilanti, Michigan for many years. She was a homemaker who enjoyed crocheting. She was preceded in death by her husband, French in 1977 and her son Harvey in 1980. Mary is remembered by her brothers, Carl (Rosemary) Compton of Tavares and John (Marilyn) Compton of Ypsilanti, grandchildren, Barbara Gibson of Tavares, Carla (Wayne) Ramsey of Chattanooga, TN, Eric (Lisa) Hunter of Chattanooga and Cherokee Hunter of Wayne, MI as well as 9 great grandchildren and 14 great great grandchildren. All services will be held in Ypsilanti, Michigan through Janowiak Funeral Home-Greer-Logan Chapel, 320 N.
