Mary Livingston HendricksDAYTONA BEACH, FL-Mary F. Hendricks, 71, of Daytona Beach, Fl. and long time resident of Center Ossipee and Effingham, NH. passed away suddenly on Oct. 27 2009 at Halifax Hospital.She was born Aug. 5, 1938 in East Rockaway, NY, the daughter of Harold and Francis (Keelen) Livingston. She lived many years in East Rockaway, NY, Center Ossipee and Effingham, NH, moving to Fl in 1985, living most recently in Daytona Beach.Mary, along with her husband Garrett Hendricks, owned and operated "The Crystal Pond Courtel " in Center Ossipee (now known as The Mt. Whittier Motel) for 9 years and were charter members of the Greater Ossipee Area Chamber of Commerce. In Melbourne, Fl, Mary, along with her long time friend and partner Sue Manning, owned and operated "Countryside Confections", a specialty cake and candy business for many years.She is survived by a son and his wife, Daniel & Deborah Fischbein of Effingham, NH; a daughter Susan Rowell of Hudson, NH; 3 Grandson's, Joshua Fischbein of Alton Bay NH, Ash Fischbein of Center Ossipee, NH and Justin Rowell of Gulfport, Ms.; a brother Guy Livingston, Oceanside, NY and a special nephew, Guy (and his wife Maryann) Cucurullo of Astatula, Fl; many other nieces & nephews; and lifetime friend Ann Humes and family.She was predeceased by her parents Harold & Francis Livingston; a brother Robert and a sister Jane; her first husband of 13 years, Fred Fischbein; a son Charles Fischbein and Garrett Hendricks her husband of 35 years.A Catholic Mass will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 3 at 9:00 am at All Saints Roman Catholic Chapel, Tavares, Fl. Burial will be in the spring 2010 at the Chickville Cemetery, Center Ossipee, NH. Steverson Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral and Cremations of Tavares, FL are in charge of the arrangements.
