Martha Ellen Vottero's Obituary
Martha Ellen Vottero of Leesburg, Florida passed away on Monday, August 14, 2023. She was 81. Martha was born in Sugar Grove, Virginia. Martha moved to this area from Estero, Florida in 2000. She was a Records Manager at Bechtel Power Corp. for 20 years before retiring in 2000. She loved gardening and baking. More than anything, she loved to spend time with her grandchildren.
Martha is remembered and will be dearly missed by her husband of 24 years, Nick; son, Gregory Wade of Denver, Colorado; daughter, Karen (Joe) Poff of Cape Coral, Florida; brother, David (Cathy) Keesling of Leesburg; sister Barbara (Jerry) Goodpasture of Randleman, North Carolina; granddaughter, Ashley Poff of Republic, Missouri; and great grandchildren, Jackson and Nevaeh.
Family and friends are invited to gather for viewing on Friday, August 25 from 9:00 – 10:00 AM with a funeral Mass starting at 10:00 AM, all at St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church, Eustis. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Leesburg.
