Mark Christopher Guido's Obituary
Mark Christopher Guido, 70, of Orlando, died peacefully on June 8, 2026. He was born on October 19, 1955, in St. Albans, Vermont, to birth mother Elenor (née Paich) and father David Guido. The youngest of four children, Mark was raised in northern Vermont and central Florida by his loving parents, Jeane (née Stark) and David Guido.
A talented metalsmith and dedicated shop manager, Mark was known for his skill and success in the lifelong trade he shared with his beloved brother, James "Jimmy" Guido, who preceded him in death in 2017.
Mark is survived by his loving and devoted wife of more than 20 years, Shirley Guido, and her children and grandchildren; his son, Jason Guido (Jessica Hartman) and grandson, Brennan Guido, of Eustis, Florida; his brother, Michael Guido (Donna) of Albuquerque, New Mexico; his sister, Annasue Guido of Gainesville, Florida; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
An informal memorial gathering to honor Mark will be held at noon on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at the Fairchild Oak in Bulow Creek State Park in Volusia County.
