Margaret A. Higgins' Obituary
Margaret A. Higgins of Tavares, Florida passed away on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at the age of 85 years. She was born in Tampa, Florida. Margaret lived in Winter Park for many years. She relocated to Clermont, then to Oviedo, Groveland and finally settled in Tavares in 2005. Margaret was a homemaker. She loved to play Bridge and was a member of the National Bridge Club. Margaret is remembered and will be dearly missed by her husband of 21 years, Charles; son, William Gibson of Orlando, FL; daughters, Brenda Hussell and her husband, Bob of Georgetown, TN and Janis Beard and her husband, Bruce of Hatfield, IN; step-daughters, Vanessa and Charla; niece, Resa Harrison of Texas; as well as 2 grandchildren, Jennifer (B.J.) Gunn and Tabatha Beard; and 1 great grandchild, Thomas W. Gunn. She was preceded in death by her two sisters, Alberta "Birdie" Taylor and Frances Thompson. A Memorial Ceremony will be held on Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at 1:00PM at the funeral home chapel. Condolences, memories and photos may be shared on the tribute wall.
