Margaret C. Layton's Obituary
Margaret C. Layton, age 79, of Tavares, FL passed away on Monday, December 17, 2012 at her home. She was born October 20, 1933 in Augusta County, VA, the daughter of the late John A. Croft and Catherine Arehart. She attended Staunton VA city schools, graduated from Mary Baldwin College and got married in 1955 to Richard Layton, formerly of Riviera Beach, FL and now of Tavares. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Richard Layton; four children, Kathryn Freimarck (Aron) of Schertz, TX, Alice Hahn (William) of Knoxville, TN, Richard A. Layton (Susan) of Urbana, IL, David F. Layton (Neeta) of Seattle, WA; and 8 grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2013 at 2:00PM at Steverson Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Home.
