Mack Eldridge, Jr., age 89, of Leesburg passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2017. He was born August 22, 1927 in Coffee County, AL and moved to Tavares in 1948 from Alabama. He was a retired mechanic and a member of the Tavares New Life Church of God. He is survived by his sons, Harry Lee Eldridge of Tavares, FL, Ricky Eldridge of Leesburg, FL; daughter, Betty Sue Eldridge of Leesburg, FL; brother, Dustin Eldridge of Bartow, FL; 4 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 from 5:00PM until 7:00PM at Steverson Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Home, Tavares. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, June 29, 2017 at 11:00AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Tavares Cemetery.
