Mabel Moje's Obituary
Mabel K. Raymond Moje 88, of Tavares, was born August 15, 1925 in Macon, Georgia. She came to Florida in 1943 and moved to Orlando in 1949. She later moved to Lake County in 1973. She was active in the garden club, Worthy Matron of Eastern Star Chapter 127 and the Women’s Club of Tavares. She loved to work in her yard and play bridge. Mabel was also a member of the First United Methodist Church of Tavares. Mabel will be remembered for her love of her family, the outdoors, her sense of adventure and as an independent spirit. She is survived by her sons William Raymond (Mary) and Jack Raymond (Connie), five grandchildren and one great granddaughter, also surviving are two brothers; Edward and Virgil Kitchens of Macon, Georgia and numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 10 AM Wednesday, March 5th in Tavares Cemetery.
