My sincere condolences to family and friends, so many are saddened to hear Louie is gone, in our hearts and souls we know he is in a safer and better place blessed with no pain or suffering. He is with so many he has missed for so long and is looking forward to the day all is reunited. LOUIE WAS A CHRISTIAN ,LOVED HIS FAMILY,FRIENDS AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND SUPPORTED HIS COUNTRY SERVING IN THE MILITARY. I was in the 495th Transportation Company (MTP) Army Reserve (TPU)Unit with Louie in Lakeland FL for several years prior to advancement to a higher command, Louie was a stand up soldier, His Skill, Knowledge and Ability was beyond reproach, he has mentored many young soldiers over his career and obtaining a 20 year qualifying letter retiring as an HONORABLE SSG Sergeant in a active Army Reserve Unit with over 20 years military service, Louie was awarded many ribbons and medals for his military service. His unit was mobilized with a huge home town community support crowd of hundred's wishing them well and support with all our prayers; the unit's mission was to support many military units in a hostile combat zone in Saudi Araba during the Desert Storm War. With blessings from the Almighty his unit deployed an applied all there training to successfully accomplish there mission receiving a unit commendation for service, there unit returned home after the war with HORNOR safely with no casualties receiving a tremendous home town welcoming crowd of hundreds of civilians and military soldiers and retired and former military soldiers TO HONOR THEIR HEROS. Louie worked for the City of Lakeland Florida for 50 years at the (CHGC) He was a stand up associate of the (COL) City Of Lakeland he mentored many new employees as they hired and made many good city employee's where he worked, all that ever knew him thought a lot of him he received a tremendous retirement party at the Cleveland Heights Golf Course, received a plaque, city pin with diamonds on it, gift certificate, and many other mementos. I am in my 47 year working for the (COL) with the fire department and don't think I will be able to match Louie's 50 years service. Louie you out done me. If there are any army truck tanker units and golf courses in haven you can bet Louie is involved with them souring the heavens.
MAY GODS SPEED WITH YOU LOUIE!
