My Aunt Lin was my favorite Aunt growing up. She always made it fun for us kids when we came and visited. She seemed like she was always laughing. You will be missed. Love always, Sheri

I am Linda's nephew, Dennis Gillund, and I reside in Appleton, WI. I have many fond memories of my aunt, who had a strong faith and a terrific sense of humor. I have included two photos -- the first one is of my aunt with my Mom, Lee on the occasion of her 80th birthday. The second one was taken at my wedding in 1975, and she is pictured dancing with my Dad, Art. I am most grateful that she and my Uncle Ray showed me a fun week in Florida when I was going through a very tumultuous divorce in 1997. I will miss you, Aunt Lin. God rest your soul and give peace to Uncle Ray, your sons, and their families.
She was a fun sister who loved to sing and play the organ.we spent our Sunday’s at each other’s home or at my brothers Lou s home.l miss these days and all the fun we had. I will miss you Lin and will see you again soon. Love you. Lee
The first time I met this `special, crazy` Lady was at Nora`s baptism. AND then we became the `bestest` of friends. When ever she or me would call, I would say, hello and then she would say, `this is the crazy lady from the south`and then a big hearty laugh! One time she called and said, I am sending you a box of books, so here comes the box, I open it up, a box full of their Wonderful oranges, books I guess because fruit was`nt legal? They were the best oranges, Ever. Then I would send her dish cloths, crocheted ornaments, some scarfs and she would be sending me yarn, different kinds of yarn, cotton, acrylic, I would use for afghans for the G.G. kiddo`s-mix her`s with mine-both Grands had fingers in the pie. :). She was quite a Lady and I am sure she is sitting up there now and laughing-hardy laugh-and already talking up a storm. G. Linda, as I called her, was the sweetest, dearest friend. gonna miss ya lady, luv from GIGI.
Sorry about the passing of your wife, mother, and grandmother. Linda was such a good cook. She was always taking pictures of all us crazy people in Fox Run and our silly activities ! She even called Jim the " worm man ", when he worked at the bait shop. God bless her for all she has gone through. Sincerely , Jim and Pat Barth
