Linda Ruth (Adams) Anthony, age 52, of Leesburg passed away on Thursday, August 9, 2012 after a long battle with cancer. She was born July 1, 1960 in Eustis, FL. She was a clerk with the D.M.V. and a veteran of the U.S. Army. She is survived by her son, Charles Leonard Anthony; brother, Ray R. Adams; sisters, Karen A. Hall and Ellen H. Bruce; 3 grandchildren. A Memorial Service took place on Saturday, August 18, 2012 at 11:00AM at Steverson Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Home, Tavares. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cornerstone Hospice, 2445 Lane Park Rd., Tavares, FL 32778. Arrangements were entrusted to Steverson, Hamlin & Hilbish Funerals and Cremations, 226 E. Burleigh Blvd., Tavares, FL 32778, (352)343-4444.
