Lawrence Neil Green's Obituary
Lawrence Neil Green, a beloved member of the Tavares, Florida community, passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at the age of 61. Moving from San Diego, CA, he made Tavares his home in the early 1980s.
Lawrence was a man of many passions. As a musician and skilled drummer, he brought rhythm and joy to countless gatherings. His love for motorcycles led him to own a Vulcan motorcycle, and he relished the freedom of the open road. Professionally, Lawrence worked as a dedicated salesman, specializing in recreational vehicles. His enthusiasm and knowledge made him a trusted advisor to those seeking adventure on four wheels.
He leaves behind cherished memories and loved ones, Margaret Bader, his girlfriend of five years, stood by his side through thick and thin. His son, Jake Green of Charlottesville, VA, and daughter, Reilly Green of Tavares, will forever carry his spirit. Nephew Paul Green, also of Florida, shared a special bond with Lawrence.
Lawrence was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Wanda Green, as well as his brother, Chris Green, and sister, Sandy Green. Their legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved Lawrence.
In honor of Lawrence’s memory, let us celebrate the music and the open road. May he rest in peace, forever riding toward the horizon.
A celebration of his life will be held toward the end of the summer.
Condolences, memories, and photos may be shared on the tribute wall.
