Larry Allan Copeland's Obituary
Mr. Larry A. Copeland of Leesburg, passed away on Monday, March 29, 2010 at the age of 70 years. He was born in Newport, Rhode Island to Winston and Emily Copeland. He served his country, retiring from the US Air Force in 1985 as a Master Sergeant after 25 years of service. He moved to Central Florida in February of 1992 from San Diego, CA. Larry was Episcopalian by faith. He was an avid bowler. He is remembered by his wife of 18 years, Marilyn; his father, Winston of San Diego; son, Craig of Ohio; daughters, Denise of Florida, Dede of Mississippi, and Laurie of Kentucky; and his step-daughter, Denise Cole of Leesburg; sister, Sheila Snell of San Diego as well as 18 grandchildren. The family held a private memorial in his honor. Arrangements were entrusted to Steverson-Hamlin & Hilbish Funeral Home, Tavares, 352-343-4444.
