Lana K. Clark's Obituary
Mrs. Lana K. Clark, of Tavares, FL, formerly of Davenport, IA, passed away on Friday, November 4, 2011 at the age of 68 years. She was born in Fandon, IL to Travis and Margaret (Beck) Booth. Lana was a retired Office Secretary from Cities Insurance Group in Bettendorf, IA. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, where she was involved with the Ruth Circle Group. Lana was an avid gardener, she loved bike riding and playing cards, but most of all she enjoyed camping with her husband, Charles. In October 2010, she and Charles relocated to Tavares. She is remembered and will be dearly missed by her husband of 49 years, Charles; son, John T. (Becky) Clark of Bettendorf; daughter, Chamein K. (Phillip) Witter of LeClaire, IA; daughter-in-law, Carolyn Clark of Boone, IA; brother, Kent (Sandy) Booth of Thompson, IL; sister, Janice (Darrell) Heilmann of Bluegrass, IA; as well as 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Lana was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Derrik Clark and her granddaughter, Jessica Melroy. A Celebration of Life service for Lana K. Clark, dearest Mother and Wife, is to be held at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 2136 Brady St. Davenport, IA 52803 on Friday, Dec. 9th, 2011 at 10:30 AM. A luncheon will follow the service.
