Kevin Brian Milloy, age 53, of Umatilla passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2016. He was born August 24, 1962 in Milwaukee, WI and moved to Lake County in 2005 from Alabama. He was a retired carpenter and an avid NASCAR and football fan. He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Milloy of Umatilla, FL; mother, Lois Anne Milloy of Cowarts, AL; daughters, Heather Milloy of Dothan, AL, Ashley Peters of Dothan, AL, Wendy Sievers of Umatilla, FL; brothers, Bruce Milloy of Dothan, AL, Rick Peavley of Dothan, AL; sisters, Colleen Stevens of Cowarts, AL, Erin Whitten of Cowarts, AL; stepchildren, Daniel Batchelor of Umatilla, FL, Angela Batchelor of Umatilla, FL; and 7 grandchildren.
